We want your Clean Crumb experience to be smooth from order to first bite. Here's how shipping works and what to do if something goes wrong.
We currently deliver only in Bangalore. Our bread is baked fresh the same day, so we keep deliveries local to make sure it reaches you at peak freshness, straight from our oven to your door.
All orders are delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email once your order goes out.
Free shipping on all orders, always. No minimum order, no hidden fees.
Each loaf is wrapped in food-grade butter paper and placed in an eco-friendly, resealable kraft paper bag. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and compostable. For bulk orders, we use corrugated boxes with cushioning so your bread arrives in good shape.
Since our bread is perishable, we don't accept returns. But if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No questions asked.
Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is started. If you haven't received it within 10 business days, contact us at hello@cleancrumb.in.
